Alkaline Cleanse Procedure

Morning

·           Check pH of your urine and saliva. Record it.

·           Drink 1 liter of WATER with 1 tablespoon of chlorophyll, 1-3 teaspoons of green powder of your choice, 2 teaspoons of sodium bicarbonate

·           Breakfast - drink green vegetable juices (no carrots and beets in cleansing).

·           Take vitamins – 1 tablet D3, 4 capsules L-Arginine, 2 tablespoons Omega 3-6-9 oil

·           Take laxatives - pHlush (from pHMiracleLiving.com) or Leon’s AlkaLax mix:

Dissolve in a cup of water: 1 teaspoon (leveled) magnesium oxide, 1/4 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate,  1/4 teaspoon of crystal C vitamine

Take capsules with water: 1 capsule Yellow Dock, 1 capsule Ginger - or fresh ginger grated, 1 capsule Slippery Elm, 1 capsule Marshmallow Root

·           Exercise until you SWEAT! If you can’t exercise, find a way to sweat – sauna, hot bath

·           Drink 1 liter of WATER with 1 tablespoon of chlorophyll, 1-3 teaspoons of green powder of your choice, 2 teaspoons of sodium bicarbonate

Afternoon

·           Check pH of your urine and saliva. Record it.

·           Lunch - drink green vegetable juices, eat raw green vegetable soup (pureed vegetables in blender) and/or raw green vegetable shakes, guacamole, cucumbers, avocado and tomato.

·           Take vitamins – 4 capsules L-Arginine

·           Drink 1 liter of WATER with 1 tablespoon of chlorophyll, 1-3 teaspoons of green powder of your choice, 2 teaspoons of sodium bicarbonate

Late afternoon

·           Take laxatives – if you didn’t get laxative effects in the morning and noon - or

take alkaline enema (6 teaspoons of sodium bicarbonate to lukewarm water in enema bag)

·           Meditate, rest, do deep breathing exercises. Spend some time in the sun, expose your skin.

·           Check pH of your urine and saliva. Record it.

·           Drink 1 liter of WATER with 1 tablespoon of chlorophyll, 1-3 teaspoons of green powder of your choice, 2 teaspoons of sodium bicarbonate

·           Dinner - drink green vegetable juices, eat raw green vegetable soup (pureed vegetables in blender) and/or raw green vegetable shakes, guacamole, cucumbers, avocado and tomato.

·           Take vitamins – 4 capsules L-Arginine

Evening

·           Check pH of your urine and saliva. Record it.

·           Sauna or salt hot bath (1 cup sodium bicarbonate, 1 cup Epsom salt, 1 cup sea salt)

·           Drink 1 liter of WATER with 1 tablespoon of chlorophyll, 1-3 teaspoons of green powder of your choice, 2 teaspoons of sodium bicarbonate

Slow down with drinking in the evening in order to sleep well without going to bathroom.

·           Go to bed slightly hungry to allow your system to rest and your body to rejuvenate.
